Hello guys,

It’s time to write a tutorial about vectorial illustration. In this post i’ll explain the whole process i followed at the time of designing by order (from SOSFactory) the mascot in vector format of Twisted Monkey Studios, producers of horror films.

You can see the tutorial in ENGLISH here: vector illustration tutorial.

Puedes ver el tutorial en ESPAÑOL aquí: tutorial ilustracion vectorial.

If you like it, just subscribe to the newsletter, tutorials will come to your email :)

Cheers.

If you have an opinion,
know that I have two.
So that's how they color like that. I don't even have Illustrator. I can just do vector in Photoshop and that's it. Still, this is really cool.

I picked vector up pretty quickly after someone showed me how. Now I just love it. I have discovered that the paths can be moved into Illustrator, and they'll even stay if you change the size of the image in photoshop. So I found that pretty useful if I thought the character I inked is too small.
